While We Wait …

On Facebook Sunday afternoon, state Rep. Molly White, R-Belton, wrote that some time today she would publish a “response to the controversy that occurred” when she offered comments about Muslims in an earlier Facebook post. While we wait for her to do that, here’s Rep. White struggling to explain her comments in an interview with KWTX on Friday.

  1. Oh, blink, blink. I believe her (cough, cough).

That smiling excuse of a bigot never really answered a thing. Just kept patting herself on the back.

    What a piece of work.

  2. Well, clearly Molly White is a liar and a coward. Here is her response to getting called out for her bigoted behavior as quoted from the KXAN web site:

    ———–

White says her comment, asking her staff to ask Muslims visiting the Capitol to renounce terrorism, was directed to members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). They organized the rally at the Capitol.

“This group has been listed as one of the 82 top terrorist organizations by the United Arab Emirates. That sends up red flags,” White said. However, The United States government does not consider CAIR a terrorist organization.

First of all she’s changed her story from what she clearly wrote, “the Muslim community” to specifically, now, the organizers CAIR. Badly covered up, White!

Second, she quotes CAIR being on a “terrorist organizations” list put out by the UAE! What? What does the United Arab Emerates, a monarchy that doesn’t even have Hamas or Hezbollah on its “terrorist organizations” list have to do with anything? Hey, Molly, maybe Italy has a list, too! Who’s on Italy’s list?
