Texas Rising Director – Remote (TX)

The Texas Rising Director leads TFN’s flagship youth power-building program, Texas Rising, advancing a statewide strategy that develops young leaders and builds a durable, diverse base aligned with TFN’s core issue pillars. This role is responsible for ensuring Texas Rising serves as a primary pipeline for youth leadership, base expansion, and long-term movement infrastructure across Texas—including intentional growth across HBCUs, rural campuses, and historically underrepresented communities. Senior Development Director – Austin

The Texas Freedom Network (TFN) seeks a full-time Senior Development Director based in Austin, Texas to lead the execution and management of Texas Freedom Network’s $5 million fundraising program, translating organizational strategy into coordinated, high-performing revenue streams for both our 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. This role is responsible for operationalizing a multi-channel fundraising approach – including institutional giving, individual donors, grassroots engagement, and events – while building the internal systems, team capacity, and cross-functional alignment needed to sustain and grow revenue. TXR HBCU Organizer

The Texas Rising HBCU Organizer will develop and lead Texas Rising’s statewide Historically Black College and University (HBCU) program. This role strengthens Texas Rising’s reach and builds local capacity aligned with statewide campaigns. This role oversees recruiting, training, and supporting teams of college-age students on assigned HBCU campuses to build grassroots power and implement civic engagement and issue-advocacy campaigns. TXR Advocacy and Field Organizer – Brownsville

The Advocacy and Field Organizer will work in Brownsville and will primarily focus on local and statewide advocacy on issues such as climate change, criminal justice, immigration, LGBTQIA+ equality, and voting rights. May also assist with voter registration efforts in the region and help manage a small team of organizers. This is a part-time position, working an average of 20-25 hours per week.
