Per SB 763, the new school chaplain law, public school districts in Texas are required to vote between September 1, 2023, and March 1, 2024, on whether they will allow unregulated chaplains to provide services to students.
Whoever you are, you can help protect students’ religious freedom and keep chaplains out of public schools.
Organize with other parents and students, and tell your district that you do not want unqualified chaplains evangelizing to students using your tax dollars.
