Pledge to vote: end discrimination in Houston.

by Jake Patoski

No Houstonian should be discriminated against based on race, age, military status, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Join a critical mass of Houstonians who are committing to vote for Proposition 1 (the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance) by signing the pledge:

As a voter in Houston, I pledge to vote “Yes” on Proposition 1 to uphold Houston’s Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) this November. HERO protects us all from unfair discrimination and sends the message that we are a modern, welcoming city.

In the most diverse city in America, I believe that everyone should be treated fairly, no matter who they are. That’s a core value Houstonians share.

I got to tell current & former Janes that today, Stephanie Toti filed a lawsuit that challenges the law that shamed, delayed, & traumatized them. Listen to their responses in this thread 👇😭❤️😍 #JusticeforJane #PeoplesLawsuit twitter.com/janesdue…
